+How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email which contain a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order by using the link provided in the email.
+Which countries do you ship to and what delivery services are available and how long does it take to deliver?
We are currently offering an international-shipping to various countries via DHL Express courier service. Please see the table below for shipping cost, countries, and estimated delivery duration (excluding custom clearance, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
+What should I do if my country is not listed in the shipping countries?
We are sorry if your country is not listed in the shipping countries. We may update the list in the future so feel free to check from time to time.
For the moment we only have a localised website based in Thailand. If you need your order to be shipped to Thailand please visit www.beawelry.co.th to make your purchase.
+What should I do if I still have not receive the product after the estimated shipping duration?
You can check where the parcel is by using the tracking number provided in the email.
However, if you think there is something wrong then please contact us by replying the email you received after purchase. We will do our best to help you get the parcel as soon as possible by contacting with the courier service.
+Does your parcel has insurance?
Yes, you can be confident with us. All of our parcels are insured by us and also registered with tracking number. If the parcels found to be loss during the delivery process, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.
+How fast do you ship the products?
For normal order (not Back Order), we usually ship the product within the next 24 hour after we received your order and complete the payment verification process (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). We will email you a notification once your order has been shipped.
For personalised order, please allow about 2-3 working days for laser engraving order to be processed and shipped.
For Back Order, the order need 2-3 weeks to produce then it will be shipped as soon as possible.
+What may cause my order to delay?
There are factors that are beyond our control which may delay your orders, such as unforeseen situation cause by our courier service and weather disturbance. However, we will do our best to get your order deliver to you as soon as we can. Please note that Beawelry carries no liability in these cases and we recommend customers to place orders as early as possible, especially during the high season such as Valentine’s Day, New Year and Christmas period.
