Return policy
Please follow the instruction below for returning product.
Step 1. Please reply the email you received after purchased (order@beawelry.com) within 7 days after received the parcel, and provide us with the following information.
- Reason to return the product
- Actual picture of the product to be returned
Alternatively, you can email our customer service team at customer@beawelry.com within 7 days after received the parcel, and provide us with the following information.
- Order number (see the email, invoice or order history in your account)
- SKU number of product to be returned (see the email or invoice)
- Reason to return the product
- Actual picture of the product to be returned
Step 2. Shipping instruction
- After our customer service has received your email, we will inform you with the shipping instruction to return the product.
- After you have received the shipping instruction. Please ship the parcel within 7 days.
- Once we have received the parcel, we will notify you with an email and then our quality control team will inspect the product. If the product is in a brand-new condition, we will transfer a full-refund back to your credit card, bank account, or PayPal. However, if the product returned is not in a brand-new condition, we reserved the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund as a product treatment cost.

- SKU number of the ring that you want to exchange (see the email or invoice)
- Ring size you would like to exchange to (please see the “Ring size guide” section for how to get the correct size)

Step 2. Shipping instruction
- After our customer service has received your email, we will inform you the shipping instruction to send your ring back to us for the exchange
- After you have received the shipping instruction. Please ship the parcel within 7 days.
Once we have received the parcel, we will notice you with an email and then our quality control team will inspect the ring. If the ring is in a brand-new condition, we will ship you the ring with the requested ring size. If the received ring is not in a good condition. We reserve the right to charge some reasonable fee for the ring’s treatment.

Step 2. Shipping instruction
- Once our customer service team has verified your request, we will send you the shipping instruction for returning the incorrect product back to us.
- Please ship the parcel within 7 days after you receive the shipping instruction
- Once we received the parcel, we will notice you with an email and then our quality control team will inspect the product. If the returned product is in brand-new condition, we will ship the correct product for free. If the received product is not in a good condition. We reserve the right to charge some reasonable fee for product treatment cost.
