What are “Back Order” products?The products that show status as “Back Order” indicate that the products are out of stock. However, customers can order these products which will be shipped after production (takes about 10 – 14 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays)
A full payment is required as a normal purchase.

How and When I can cancel my order?Back Orders and Personalised orders cannot be canceled if they are already in production process.
For normal orders, customer may cancel orders only if the orders have not been shipped.
To cancel your order, please inform us by replying to your received email. Our customer service team will help you to proceed with your cancellation request.

How can I track my order?Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email which contain a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order by using the link provided in the email.

How can I check my order status?If you have registered an account with us before making purchase, you can view your order status by login to your account then click on ‘My Account’ and click ‘Orders’ tab to view your current order status.

I have not received any notification email after purchased. What should I do?Normally you will receive the notification email after purchased instantly. Also please check in your ‘Spam’ folder just in case the email goes there. In some cases it may be delayed for few hours due to technical issue from third parties which is beyond our control. If you still have not received it after 3 hours, please contact us at customer@beawelry.com and provide us your name, purchased date and email address. We will check our system and let you know.
